You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. 

If you have ordered customizations, including hemming or embroidery, please expect an additional delay as we require time to customize your unique form(s).

Any unexpected added delays will be communicated to customers via email. If you have questions or concerns regarding your order, please email customerservice@myformation.ca

Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, orders may be delayed by the shipping courier.

domestic shipping rates

Calculated shipping rates:

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping is based on your purchase amount.

Under $75: $15

$75.01 - $199.99: $20

Over $200: Free

 

All orders are shipped by UPS or Canada Post.

Shipping Outside of Canada

Currently, we offer international shipping anywhere UPS ships.

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping is based on your purchase amount and is free on orders over $200.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes that are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. formation is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

how do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Orders may take 2-4 weeks to ship.  Tracking will be available once the order has shipped.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@myformation.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

refunds, returns, and exchanges

We’re hopeful that everything with your order will be just as you expected. But in the rare case that it’s not, we accept returns up to 30 days after the date of delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. There are free returns on exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@myformation.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized items including those with additional hemming selections or embroidery.
